February 19-21, 2021 – MIT Sloan is hosting “Hack for Inclusion” an event that brings together some of the brightest minds — both technical and non-technical — to build solutions that address today’s biggest problems related to bias, diversity, and inclusion. Over the course of the weekend, participants collaborate with a diverse group of individuals to develop a solution to a real DE&I challenge faced by an organization.
Here’s what you can expect from the weekend:
- Get placed on a team and spend the weekend working together to solve a real organization challenge related to DE&I, with the chance to win up to $5,000 for your team!
- Learn and put into practice the design thinking process to come up with your solution, with the help of dedicated mentors
- Network with other attendees and meet new people who are passionate about DE&I
- Listen to an incredible set of panelists & speakers
