In early 2020, COVID-19 forced countries across Latin America to take measures to keep children, young people and adults away from schools. Many countries have declared educational quarantine as part of efforts to stop the pandemic, but more than a year and a half later, countries are already thinking, what is next?
MIT international Science and Technology initiatives (MISTI), has invited three experts from Chile, Brazil and Mexico to talk about the perspectives of Education After the Pandemic in Latin America. The 60-minute webinar will include the participation of Paula Louzano (Universidad Diego Portales, Chile), Priscila Cruz, (Todos Pela Educação, Brazil) and Sylvia Schmelkes, (Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico) and it will be moderated by Professor Ben Schneider (MIT).
